Our facility had been completely remodeled from the foundation to the rafters! The club features “state of the art” equipment including: Life Fitness Cardio & Circuit, Hammer Strength, Nautilus XXL, Cybex Circuit, StairMaster, Schwinn & Precore EFX. Also available: full court basketball, racquetball, private steam rooms, saunas & whirlpools! Our group classes include Basic Step, Pilates, Yoga, Spinning & Cardio Kickboxing.
